ABOUT VARCHASVA
“Varchasva”, an extravagant event started in the year 2004, is the brainchild of Dr. Ram Kailash Gupta. After the grand success of its 18th edition, he has decided to expand it from Institution to Industry and from Student category to Non-student category, so that Corporate Music/Dance/Drama lovers could have a platform to showcase their hidden talent.
Accordingly, Team-Varchasva has finalized a schedule to organize auditions series of Music/Dance/Drama competition under the Students & Non-students categories at Tecnia Auditorium on second Saturday of every month on dates as mentioned below:

First program shall be organized on 13th & 14th January 2023 at Orleans-The School, Sector-8, Rohini, Delhi campus. All the Music Lovers are requested to “Fill-Up & Submit” this Google Form and participate on “Free of Cost” basis as per the Terms and Conditions applied for.
In this 19th Edition of “Varchasva”, the Mega Event Show, besides Institutions/ Colleges/ Universities, a number of Organizations like Lions Club/ Rotary Club/ Startups/ Entrepreneurs/ APG Global etc. are also to participate. There shall be Two Categories of the Participant:
1. Student
2. Non-Student. In the “Non-Student Category,” the prominent personality of Industries shall participate and sponsor the programs.
All the Toppers/Finalists, selecting 3 Top from every monthly edition, shall have the opportunity to perform on the stage with the Galaxy of Film, TV, Playback Singing Stars in the Grand Finale. In the Grand Finale, 3 Overall Toppers from the total Finalists (Winner, 1st Runner Up & 2nd Runner Up) shall be given a Prize of Rs. 31,000/-, Rs.21,000/- & Rs.11,000/- respectively.
Grand Finale has been scheduled to be held on 13th & 14th January 2024 in Sirifort or equally state-of-art Auditorium.

SINGING RULE & REGULATIONS
- Duration of the performance shall be between 3-4 minutes.
- Language is not a bar in selection of song for participants.
- Participants are not allowed to bring their Karaoke / Instruments as Band will be there for singing participants.
- Judgment will be made on the basis of song selection, voice quality, range/pitch and Rhythm/tempo and overall impression.

SOLO DANCE RULES & REGULATIONS
- Time limit: 2-3 minutes.
- Participants should submit their song CD or pen drive to the event coordinators one hour before the event for sound check.
- Negative marking on exceeding the time limit.
- Individual should bring their own props, costumes and make up.
- Judgment will be based on costumes, expressions, and choreography.

RJ HUNT RULE & REGULATIONS
- Participants have to Prepare there Scripts on Social Issues prevailing in the society.
- Time limit is 2.5 minutes (150 sec) for each contestant exceeding to which can lead to Disqualification. Use of indecent words and foul language will lead to disqualification.
- Use of indecent words and foul language will lead to disqualification.
- Judgment on the basis of following parameters- Spontaneity, Voice Modulation, Content, Command over the language, presentation, Confidence and Audience engagement.
- Judge’s decision would be final and binding.
- Exceeding the Time Limits will lead to Disqualification.
